Why CINE?
CINARE arises from the need to generate a permanent Meeting Point among the alumni of all the Programs, taught under the direction of Fernando Catalán de Ocón, throughout more than 35 years of professional experience, in the world of Real Estate Training, which seeks, at all times, the sustainability of all real estate projects and the care of our Environment, without underestimating, in any case, the creation of new projects and any initiative that generates wealth and adds value to our Society .

We intend to establish solid and long-lasting personal and professional relationships, both among our alumni and between them and their professors, who are, moreover, the heads of the areas they teach in their companies.

ABOUT CIARE
CIARE (Essential Knowledge of Architecture and Real Estate), is a Training Platform, designed from the outset, with two clear objectives:
- The complete and continuous training of architects, in all their fields of action and professional opportunities, and The interaction of all professionals in the Real Estate Sector, (architects, lawyers, engineers, economists, businessmen, consultants, managers, sales representatives, etc.), that they pass through our classrooms, permanently seeking their growth, both personal and professional. (networking).
GENERATION OF RELATIONSHIPS
- CINARE aims to establish solid and lasting personal and professional relationships in the Real Estate Sector, generated in a suitable and pleasant environment, which allows us to address all issues related to it, in a comfortable and relaxed manner.
- We will do it through a multitude of meetings, (at least one quarterly), seeking, at all times, the closeness between all of us, the affable treatment and the generation of the maximum possible trust.
- We will support ourselves in conferences and round tables, (always pursuing the scoop on topics of interest), in breakfasts, lunches, cocktails and dinners, which we will celebrate among all the members of CINARE, as well as in leisure activities (wine tastings, of oils, trips...) and cultural (book benefits, guided visits to museums, monuments or emblematic buildings, etc.)
- We also want it to serve to create a Debate Forum, where we can chat about any topic that is considered appropriate within our Real Estate Sector.
WHAT CAN WE CONTRIBUTE FROM CINARE?
Our careful, extensive and select "Networking Platform" of the Spanish RE Sector, in which we have been working for more than three decades.
Our relations with the senior management of the companies that represent the Spanish RE Sector: real estate developers, services, consultants, marketers, property managers, law firms, architecture studios, financial entities, national and international funds, family offices, cooperative managers of housing, alternative financing companies, project management,...
It is important to highlight that a very important number of the members of this "Senior Management" have been our students.
The possibility of always being "up to date" on all those issues that we understand to be of interest to all of us, through our multiple meetings with the heads of the main companies in the Sector.
ADVANTAGES FOR BELONGING TO THE CLUB
- Relational encounters of the highest level. (At least one per quarter)
- Once you are a member of CINARE, if a year has passed since the date of registration, the alumni will be able to take any CIARE Program, paying only the registration fee, which amounts, as a general rule, to 600 euros. The vast majority of our Courses and Programs have an approximate price of 4,500 euros, being taught entirely by the best professionals in the RE Sector, for which you will pay, for all the Programs you wish to take, approximately 1/8 of its PVP.
- Access to all conferences and events, of an informative nature, organized by CIARE (only paying your ticket to cover catering and organization expenses)
